Parc Nouveau Advocate’s Chambers is home to a group of approximately 60 counsel of the Pretoria Society of Advocates. We strive to uphold the proud traditions of the Bar, including integrity, access to justice for all, and upholding the rule of law. As one of the first groups to take up chambers in the East of Pretoria, Parc Nouveau is conveniently located in the Brooklyn business hub.

Originally the group focused on commercial law, property law and all matters relating to land reform, mining- and environmental law, water law, and tax law.  Today the group boasts a healthy mix of specialists in various further fields, such as family law, criminal law, arbitration law (including international arbitrations) and general litigation.

Our members are highly sought-after specialists in their various fields of expertise. Not only is Parc Nouveau led by some of the most experienced counsel in South Africa, some of the most prolific legal writers also hold chambers at Parc Nouveau. Parc Nouveau focusses on the continual development of its members, providing training on an ongoing basis. We have a healthy mix of senior and junior members, and juniors are mentored by our more senior members. Included in our development initiatives are our transformation initiatives which aim to make the Bar more representative. Our core strength lies in our members who are committed to delivering legal services that are professional, efficient, and of the highest quality.
